Join the African Institute for Capacity Development (AICAD) for the GOSC Online Webinar: Exploring Cloud Federation Technology and Application!
Dated: 20th – 24th May 2024
Background:
AICAD is committed to advancing science communication and building capacities within the GOSC community and beyond. Over the years, we’ve championed various conferences and training initiatives, including the International Training Workshops on Open Science and SDGs, and the VizAfrica Conference 2024. Our aim is to build human capacity through research, training and innovation. Having an Open access to information is one of the pillars to enhance access to information that promotes better research and innovation to solve human related challenges.
In 2024, AICAD, through its partnership with Global Open Science Cloud (GOSC), is excited to launch a series of lightweight online webinars catering to diverse stakeholders within the GOSC community. These webinars will cover a wide array of topics, from open-science policies to cutting-edge technologies, offering participants the chance to earn unique GOSC badges or certificates.
Our inaugural webinar, “Cloud Federation Technology and Application: YunKun Software System,” is just around the corner. Organized in collaboration with Professor Joseph Muliaro Wafula and the African Open Science Platform, and technically supported by the CSTCloud team, this training is free of charge.
