Dr. Christine Wambui Njuguna is a development researcher and community resource management expert with over a decade of experience in livelihoods, gender, youth development, and environmental governance. She holds a PhD and MSc in Community Resource Management from Kenyatta University and is a NEMA-accredited Lead Expert in Environmental Impact Assessment and Audit. Her work focuses on enhancing women’s livelihoods, labor force participation, psychosocial wellbeing, and child development, with strong emphasis on evidence-based policy and community-driven interventions. Christine has published widely in peer-reviewed journals and international platforms, and has led and contributed to major research initiatives on gender mainstreaming, social protection, climate change, agri-food systems, and youth livelihoods across Kenya.
