Meals & Catering
Accommodation is offered on a Bed and Breakfast basis. Breakfast will be provided daily at the hotel. On designated conference days, lunch will also be included as part of the program. Any additional meals or beverages consumed outside of these arrangements—including dinners, snacks, or drinks—will be charged directly to individual guests.
Local Transport & City Visits
For participants wishing to visit Nairobi city or nearby attractions, transport arrangements are being coordinated. The organizing agent is already in communication with a local transport provider who will provide vehicles for airport pick-ups, drop-offs, and any planned excursions or site visits. Further details will be shared as coordination progresses.
Currency Exchange
Guests can exchange money at several convenient locations, including bureaus at Galleria Shopping Mall and Wilson Airport, which are 500M from the hotel. The hotel also offers currency exchange services; however, please note that hotel exchange rates may be slightly lower than prevailing market rates.
Additional Travel & Logistics Information
International visitors are advised to carry physical copies of their passport and visa in case the originals are misplaced. A universal power adapter is recommended, as plug types may differ. It is also advisable to exchange some currency in advance and to notify your bank of your travel dates to avoid any issues with card usage during your stay.
