Processing Time – Approximately 2–3 business days, subject to approval.

Required Documents

Applicants must prepare and upload the following documents during the application process:

  1. Valid Passport – Must be valid for at least six (6) months from the date of entry.

  2. Passport-Style Photograph – Recent, clear, and compliant with passport photo standards.

  3. Return Flight Booking – Proof of onward or return travel.

  4. Official Invitation Letter – Issued by AICAD / POLITECNICO.

  5. Participant Confirmation Form – Completed and signed by the participant.

  6. Yellow Fever Certificate – Mandatory proof of vaccination.
