The African Institute for Capacity Development (AICAD) continues to uphold its commitment to fostering strong, meaningful relationships with its valued customers. In a move to strengthen this commitment, the Customer Relations Office is working hand-in-hand with the Executive Director’s Office to ensure customer needs are met with professionalism, efficiency, and care. This collaboration aims to promote open communication, timely service delivery, and a more personalized experience for all those who interact with the Institute.
As a show of appreciation, AICAD recently held a brief ceremony at its Guest Section to honor and recognize some of its long-term customers. The Executive Director, in his remarks, thanked them for their continued trust and support, noting that such partnerships have played a pivotal role in enabling AICAD to deliver on its mandate of promoting poverty reduction and sustainable development across Africa.
